10 Days Tanzania Adventure Safari & Zanzibar

Day 1: Arrival to Tanzania through Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)

Welcome to Tanzania! On arrival at Arusha, you will be picked up at JRO Kilimanjaro airport and transfer to Arusha for a relaxed evening as you wait for the next day’s adventure with dinner and overnight at Arusha Planet Hotel

Day 2: Tarangire National Park for Wildlife View/Game drives

Morning pickup from the hotel drive to Tarangire national park 3 hours driving to the park gate. Enjoy game drive inside the park with great chance to see lions, giraffes, zebra, impala and many more. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons. You will have dinner and overnights at Tarangire Simba Lodge

Day 3: Masai Boma Cultural experience and Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast with your packed lunches around 7 Am you will visit the traditional home of the Maasai, the Maasai Boma – which consists of a variety of small huts made of mud, sticks and cow dung. The boma is surrounded by a circular “fence” of thorny bushes to protect the tribe and their cattle from predators. On your visit you can practice a traditional dance, engage in a conversation about daily life, traditions and customs, and admire the beautiful beadworks of the Maasai women. You will drive toward the great Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro. Dinner and overnight at Into Africa Wild Camp

Day 4-5: Full days in Serengeti National for Wildlife Viewing drive

After breakfast from the camp with packed lunches leave for game drive. Descend into the heart of wild Africa the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see, drive kopjes where lion, cheetahs, leopards like to rest, enjoy game drive inside the park search for wildebeest’s migrations, during evening drive out the park for dinner and overnight at Into Africa Wild Camp

Day 6: Game drive in Serengeti National Park to Karatu via Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will embark upon another incredible game drive in The Serengeti before travelling to the Ngorongoro Crater. Arriving at the edge of the crater in the afternoon, you will have your first glimpse of what awaits you the following day – glistening streams, open grassland and an infinite number of animals. You will spend the night at a nearby lodge on the rim of the crater. You will have dinner and overnight at Eileen’s Tree Inn

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park and transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport

Today’s safari will start with breakfast and packed lunch we After breakfast, you will go to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for the large number of flamingoes in the lake and its tree-climbing lions We will do a game drive viewing plenty of birds. If you are lucky enough, you can spot these famous tree-climbing lions. You’ll also visit the hippo pool for a close look at hippos and the hot springs. You’ll do all this while on a game drive where you’ll view plenty of animals (buffaloes, wildebeest, warthogs, vultures, eagles, monkeys, etc) You will later drive to Arusha to catch up on your domestic flight to Zanzibar. You will have dinner and overnight at Maru Maru Hotel

Day 8-9: Relaxation at Zanzibar Island

Today you will be having individual space and beach relaxing in the hotel this is your individual space and free time on the beach hotel where you can plan to do anything on your own. There are different activities such as water sports that you can enjoy. You will have full board accommodation at Maru Maru Hotel
